When purchasing my wallet in the Classic store, Joyce was very helpful in locating the perfect wallet for me. She noticed the wallet that I liked and she thought she had one that I would like more. She went to the front window and pulled the most beautiful wallet. It was evident that she was truly invested in helping me, and other customers, find the perfect piece.
After visiting Lynnville, I can't decide if Colonel Littleton has better leather goods or employees. Mrs. Sandy at Private Stock spent so much time ensuring that I was leaving with exactly what I wanted. I felt right at home in the store, and it was very obvious that I was in good hands. I not only left with an AMAZING bag, but I also left with a new friend.
Greg, Dave and I had a memorable trip to "the Colonels" ! Everyone was friendly, courteous and caring. Our feet were so high off the ground we didn't need the car to get back to Franklin. It was a visit that we will never forget. Better yet, the staff is equal to the merchandise. Donna looks forward to seeing the Christmas decorations. (That means she will be going back to Lynnville).

The leather is beautiful! But I called yesterday to ask if they had or would make Bible covers. I spoke with a woman, but never got her name. As she told me they did NOT make ANY Bible covers nor would they - she was angry and extremely RUDE. That, of course, is their choice. Regardless - the attitude was absolutely inappropriate and uncalled for - just plain NASTY.
If you are in the market for a quality, American made leather bag - you need to make your way to Lynnville, TN. Even if you aren't in the market, you need to make the trip, you will probably be in the market once you get there!! ;)
